Дать оценку динамики региональных стандартизованных коэффициентов смертности (СКС) от РМЖ среди женщин регионов России за десятилетний период, в том числе с учетом пандемии COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Данные Росстата за 2014– 2023 гг. о среднегодовой численности населения и числе умерших в однолетних возрастных группах в субъектах Российской Федерации. Расчеты выполнены с использованием программы для ЭВМ «Расчет и анализ показателей смертности и потерянных лет жизни в результате преждевременной смертности в субъектах Российской Федерации».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В целом в России СКС от РМЖ среди женщин снижался ежегодно, за 10 лет снизился на 16,7 %. В 5-летних возрастных группах показатели смертности до 80 лет снизились, но увеличились в возрасте старше 80 лет (в 2020–2022 гг. по сравнению с 2019 г.). Среднерегиональное значение СКС составило 21,17 ± 3,87 на 100 тыс. женщин в 2019 г. и 17,19 ± 3,04 в 2023 г. В 2023 г. в 75 регионах СКС был ниже, чем в 2014 г., но ежегодное снижение СКС по сравнению с 2014 г. отмечено только в 26 регионах (в остальных неустойчивая динамика). Регион, в котором СКС от РМЖ ежегодно был выше, чем в 2014 г., – Новгородская область. Увеличение СКС в 2020 г. на фоне пандемии COVID-19 по сравнению с 2019 г. произошло в 28 регионах и в 4 регионах СКС от РМЖ в 2023 г. был выше, чем в 2019 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В большинстве регионов за десятилетний период СКС от РМЖ сократился, пандемия COVID-19 привела к небольшому кратковременному увеличению СКС в некоторых регионах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Breast cancer (BC) is the most common type of cancer among women worldwide.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The objective is to assess the dynamics of regional standardized death rates (SDR) from breast cancer among women in Russian regions over a tenyear period, including taking into account the COVID-19 pandemic.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Rosstat data for 2014–2023 on the average annual population and the number of deaths in one-year age groups in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The calculations were performed using the computer program “Calculation and analysis of mortality rates and years of life lost due to premature mortality in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In general, in Russia, the SDR from breast cancer among women decreased annually, and decreased by 16.7 % over 10 years. In 5-year age groups, mortality rates under 80 decreased, but increased at the age of over 80 (in 2020–2022 compared to 2019). The average regional SDR was 21.17 ± 3.87 per 100 thousand women in 2019 and 17.19 ± 3.04 in 2023. In 2023, the SDR was lower in 75 regions than in 2014, but an annual decrease in the SDR compared to 2014 was noted only in 26 regions (in the rest, unstable dynamics). The region in which the SDR from breast cancer was higher annually than in 2014 is the Novgorod region. The increase in SDR in 2020 against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic compared to 2019 occurred in 28 regions and in 4 regions the SDR from breast cancer in 2023 was higher than in 2019.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
